• All ingredients are natural and chemical free
• Product is suitable for men, women and kids
• Results may vary from person to person
• We recommend a patch test before full application
• Product is for external use only
• Keep out of reach of children under 3 years
• Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• BeHealthy Wellness reserves the right to change prices without prior notice
• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
• We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash
• In case of out of stock — customer will be notified immediately
• Bulk orders may require advance payment

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver all across Pakistan
• Delivery time is 2 to 5 working days depending on location
• Shipping charges apply as per courier company rates
• BeHealthy Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by courier company
• Risk of loss passes to customer once order is handed to courier
• Customer is responsible for providing correct delivery address
• Wrong address provided by customer — reshipping charges apply

Returns & Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 15 days of delivery
• Product must be unused 
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Products purchased on sale or discount are non-refundable
• Damaged products on arrival must be reported within 24 hours with photos
• BeHealthy Wellness reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions
